Luciano Fiorentino

Luciano Fiorentino mainly deals with tax litigation, providing assistance during tax audits and in the pre-judicial phase, representing before the Courts of Tax Justice in disputes against the Revenue Agency and the Customs and Monopolies Agency. He also deals with of domestic and international corporate taxation.

In the past, he collaborated with Big 4  consultancies and other international networks, dedicating himself, in particular, to tax litigation and consultancy on domestic and international taxation of companies and groups, with a focus on the taxation of financial intermediaries and financial products.

Graduated in Economics and Business Law at the Federico II University of Naples in 2003, he is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and Statutory Auditor since 2008, member of Boards of Statutory Auditors, Technical Consultant of the Court of Tax Justice of Milan and the Civil Court of Milan.
