Isabella Gattuso

Isabella Gattuso is responsible for the management control and general accounting of Italian and foreign companies. She specializes in the drafting of financial statements and tax consultancy. In particular, she has acquired specific skills in the valuation of companies, intangible assets, and shareholdings, as well as in the planning and execution of corporate transactions (start-ups, mergers, demergers, transformations, transfers, and company transfers, tax due diligence).

After gaining experience in the field of tax and accounting consultancy thanks to collaborations in leading professional firms, she joined the WCT team in 2013. She holds positions as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors and sole auditor in companies operating in various sectors of activity.

Graduated in Business Administration from the University of Turin, she has been registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin since 2009.
