Baker Tilly Revisa ha acquisito una quota del 20% in Hidra. Fondata nel 2019, Hidra è la prima Società Benefit specializzata nella consulenza per l’innovazione strategica sostenibile in Friuli Venezia-Giulia, nel Nord Est d’Italia. Oggi opera su tutto il territorio nazionale, affiancando le aziende in percorsi di innovazione strategica che si fondano sui principi chiave della sostenibilità – Profit, People, Planet – e garantendo modelli di business “a prova di futuro”. Questa scelta strategica rafforza il posizionamento di mercato di entrambe le aziende integrando le rispettive competenze.

In a move that broadens its services in a sector that plays a key role for the future development of the country, Baker Tilly Revisa has acquired a 20% stake in Hidra. Founded in 2019, Hidra is the first Benefit Company specialized in consultancy for sustainable strategic innovation in Friuli Venezia-Giulia, in the north east of Italy. Today, it operates throughout the national territory, working with companies on strategic innovation journeys that are based on the key principles of sustainability - Profit, People, Planet - and ensuring "future-proof" business models. This strategic choice strengthens both of the companies' market positioning integrating respective skills.
