Roberto Colombo

Roberto Colombo specializes in consultancy to companies and groups of companies, with particular expertise in planning and management control, in M&A operations and in generational handover processes.

He is a contract professor in Planning and Control at the University of Piemonte Orientale and is the Director of the Chartered Accountants and Bookkeepers Association of Novara.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan. He is a court expert, and has been registered at Court's Official Listing of Chartered Accountants and Bookkeepers of Novara since 1995. Auditor enrolled at the Register of Financial Auditors.
