Nicola Di Vaira

Graduated in Law at the University of Milan, Nicola attended the post-graduate specialization course in the legal professions at the same Institute.

He is a member of the Milan Bar Association and provides judicial and extrajudicial consultancy for companies, especially in corporate and commercial law, dealing with contracts, also international, crisis, corporate transactions and business strategy.
