Maurizio Martucci

Graduated in Law from the University of Brescia in 2023, defending a thesis in banking law and financial intermediation titled "The Authorization Procedure for the Exercise of Banking Activities."
He completed an eight-months period in 2020 in Madrid as part of the Erasmus program.
Dr. Martucci is specializing in civil law, with particular focus on banking law, debt collection, and management of NPLs, as well as corporate and commercial law.
