Giovanni Querzani

He graduated in Law from ALMA MATER STUDIORUM - University of Bologna where he also completed a post-graduate university Master in Criminal Law for Business and Economics. He is a member of the Bologna Bar Association. 

Giovanni specializes in corporate and commercial law, M&A transactions and corporate compliance (specifically, companies’ liability pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001).
