Carmen Dinnella

Graduated in Law with honors from ALMA MATER STUDIORUM - University of Bologna, she has obtained a post-graduate Master from Sole24h in "Data Protection Officer and Personal Data Protection". She is a member of the Bologna Bar Association.

Carmen specializes in Commercial and Corporate Law, M&A transactions, commercial contracts and corporate compliance. Her area of expertise also includes personal data protection (Privacy Consulting and DPO according to GDPR).
