Antonello Calabrese

Graduated with honors in Law from Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna. Former research fellow in civil law, he is a teaching assistant in private law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bologna. A lawyer registered with the Bologna Bar, he has been admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation since 2012.

He has extensive experience in civil, commercial, and corporate litigation before ordinary courts and arbitral tribunals. He also serves as an arbitrator in commercial and corporate disputes. He has been a speaker at conferences on privacy and business law topics and has held seminars in training courses at institutions and companies. He is the author of publications on family maintenance, the law of obligations and contracts, privatizations, arbitration, corporate law, and consortia. He has held positions on the boards of directors of joint-stock companies and in the governing bodies of nationally significant consortia.
