Baker Tilly Italia Legal assists LS Group in the acquistion of Renault Retail Group in Rome

Baker Tilly Italia Legal assisted French company LS Group, headed by Edouard Schumacher, in the acquisition of Renault Retail Group’s Rome-based Italian operations, which include 3 sites and employ 142 people, achieving a combined yearly capability to market 9,000 vehicles and deliver 22,000 after-sales services.
          
The team was led by Managing Partner Letizia Guidi, supported by senior associates Carmen Dinnella and Giovanni Querzani.
