Baker Tilly Italy has announced that it has assisted Bologna-based BO Lift Trucks Srl in the sale of 100% of its shares to French group Aprolis.
Bo Lift Trucks is a local leader in the sale, rental and technical assistance of material handling equipment: electrical and diesel-operated forklifts, pallet trucks and electrical order pickers. This operation allows Bo Lift Trucks to upscale their geographical reach, while Aprolis boost their presence in the Italian market through the acquisition of crucial knowledge of the local market and outstanding service track record. Federica and Moreno Bonazzi, founding partners of Bo Lift Trucks, will remain at the helm of the company to ensure continuity.
Based in the Ile-de-France region, Aprolis is a major player specializing in the sale and short/long term rental of material handling equipment, both in France and internationally.
Baker Tilly Italy acted as both M&A advisor to the seller with a team led by Partner Federico Forchielli, and as Legal advisor with a team led by Managing Partner Letizia Guidi supported by associate Giovanni Querzani.
